Amadeo Muscelli has a Nikon S-mount-to-LTM adapter up for sale just now. I have no relation to the guy but bought one of his Contax/M-mount adapters earlier this year and will vouch for the seller and the quality of his product. I saw an Orion Contax/LTM adapter go for $750 last week. I can't recall ever seeing another Nikon/LTM adapter.

Interesting adapter indeed! Especially so seeing that its for Nikon lenses rather than Contax lenses.

As it's made from a "Contax copy bayonet" instead of a Nikon bayonet, I would have thought the adapter would suffer from the Nikon/Contax focus issue. Wonder how he got around that?!

I wonder the same thing. Brian Sweeney has discussed this. Given the quality of Amadeo's work I would not put it past him to have altered the pitch of the donor Kiev helical. It is tough to tell from pictures, but this Nikon adapter looks thinner than the Contax adapter - if so (and I understand the principle correctly - not a sure thing by any means!) then there would be residual focus error.

Greetings to everyone.

I has been looking comments of my adapters from the other bank with no other intention than to investigate my faults and try to do a best job. I do not want to use this forum for to promote the sale of my adapters but I am willing to reply some questions, doubts and, first to all, share opinions and hear suggestions about this theme.

Best regards,
Amedeo Muscelli

I'm interested in this adapter. Anyone done any tests with it and can share some photos from it? I'm mostly interested in using a 5cm and 3.5cm Nikkor lens on my IIIc. I have those FL covered in LTM, but am still other-wise interested.
