In case anybody's interested, i was passing by the Village Discount Outlet (on Milwaukee & Armitage in Chicago) about an hour ago and spotted a Canonet QL17 GIII for $15! I checked it out, and all of the speeds sound good, the blades are clean, and the glass is in great shape (has a filter on it). Of course, the seals are shot, but all things being equal, that's a screamin' good price (and it even has the original case)! I would have picked it up, but i'm having a lot of cameras follow me home lately, and my QL isn't seeing any use as it is. So, go get 'em, 606-er's - hope it finds a good home...
