Apart from physical size and aperture speed, what are the main differences in images from each of these lenses? Like regarding sharpness, bokeh, a 'look' too the images, and anything else you can think of.

Industar is a Tessar type lens while Jupiter is copy of Sonnar. Sonnar evaluated from Tessar formula. Tessars are sharp in the centre and less sharp at the edges. As far as I remember Sonnar was improved to be sharp in the whole image area (else please correct me). Pictures from Industar will be sharper but Jupiter produces more pleasant pictures to my eyes. I have and use both Jupiters and Industars but in fact I prefer Sonnar formula. This is matter of taste only. There are some differences in bokeh but not that much.
Industar 50 (50/3.5 wide open):

I don't like the 'circular' bokeh at the corners of the I-50 though I do like the bokeh of the Industar 61L/D. The J8 also looks nice, mine is slightly soft wide open, which I like for portraits.

In opposite I really like circular bokeh
Especially that one from my Lubitel. J8 is soft wide-open. I like it for portraits too + slow film what makes it even more creamy, like here:

Also the J8 has a lot more contrast than the Industar and it´s a lot faster, so you can even use it indoors or at night.
