I use https://imgbb.com/ which is free and super easy to upload to and get links from.
Maximum single image size is 32mb but that should be more than enough.

I'm trying imgbb- see if it works.
Now I remember...
IMG codes do not work in this forum. They do work in other forums.
This post was made using the imgbb account I just created-

Alright I have got into Flickr and loaded some images into it. So how do I upload them onto a new topic. Remember you are dealing with a geriatric who uses only mechanical camera and is not computer savvy.
Please give me some instructions and I will take you back to Europe in 1953 black and white for starters.

@Vince Lupo had some good instructions a few threads ago and is how I do it as well. Just paste the whole Flickr BBCode (or Bulletin Board Code) string in your message window here on RFF. (See instructions below)
No need to do anything fancy other than just copying the BBCode string, pasting it in your RFF message, then hit the 'Submit Reply' or 'Preview Post' buttons at the bottom of your message, then your linked image will post.
Try this:

In Flickr you want to copy the ‘BBCode’. Choose a photo of yours in Flickr, click on the curved arrow in the lower right where the icons are, and once you click on the curved arrow you’ll be presented with four options: Share, Embed, Email, BBCode. Choose BBCode, then choose your image size (I usually choose either 800 or 1024 in the photo’s longest dimension), copy the code, then paste it in your RFF post.

Yes really quite simple - just be sure to not make the image size too big. Either 800 or 1024 in its longest dimension is plenty. Other thing to perhaps do is to move the title of the image to a second line - in other words, when you paste the code into your post, the title of your photo will be part of the long string of code. Put your cursor right before the title of your photo and hit the return button on your keyboard, thereby putting that part of the code (where the title of your photo starts) onto a second line. What that does - at least it does it for me - is that when your photo is included in your post, the title of the photo is right underneath the photo, and not off to the right side of the photo. Just looks a bit neater, nothing more.
