Hey Tim, It's an M4 at a good price. I don't know the extent of the de-cementing but I've seen plenty of cameras with crystallization of the cement around the edges. This has come up before and most of the experts seem to agree that it may mean nothing. And if it does need repair 5 years down the road so what? It is repairable by several routes. I believe an M2 up to an M6 finder will fit. Have yours repaired with the newer uv cured lens cements and the repair will probably last 150 years. You just bought a very desireable camera at a very nice price. Enjoy it. Stu
