I took my middle son out for a hike to watch the sunset yesterday evening and brought my M9 + 50mm ASPH 'lux and took the shots below. I love the smooth earth toned bokeh.

Somewhat related, I think that gear acquisition syndrome is kept at bay by finding time to use the gear that you have. I'm really starting to look at the CV 35/1.2 lense, but keep reminding myself that what I really want is not a new lens to compete with the ASPH lux, but time to actually go out and shoot pictures with the lens that is currently on the camera...

I now have two film bodies so that I have the 28 Cron on a 0.72 M6 and the 50 Lux ASPH on a 0.85 M6. No lens changing since I got this pair.
