Process Ilford Delta 100 and 3200 and Tri-X, produce not prints but a contact sheet and provide high quality 16 bit tiff scans of the negatives on CD or DVD and not jpegs.

Is there such a place?

They do great color work for me, and can send stuff between their 'minilab' and prolab, for the cheaper minilab scans and proofsheets with C-41.
