ichizuka lens

today, I came upon a lens that I was told would be compatible with my M3.

This is a COSMICAR 1:3.5 135MM lens made by the Ichizuka Opt. Co. It has a screww mount, but I was told a baynet adaptor could be obtained.

Does anyone know about this lens? Are these guys for real?
