Is anyone here a fan of this film? Be lovely to see some examples.

I just picked up some in 120 which I'm going to try as part of a little project.

And any tips: is it as simple as put on a deep red filter and take it from there?

Deep red filtration at around EI 20-32 is good. True IR filters are much more dramatic but drop the speed to EI 3-6.

Cheers,

R.

I use a R-090 which is a fairly light red filter. I like shadow detail in my photos and I have found this best FOR ME (at 32). The last image above was with a darker red which made it hard for me to get shadows. And as Roger says; IR will give you more drama, I personally don't like that drama so I've never used an IR filter. But the EI that Roger give seems about right to me.

HC-110h at 18 minutes, 30 second agitation at first then 3 inversions each 5 minutes is what I've settled on (68 degrees).
