Ilfosol or D76

Nice shots wblati. I like the 2nd the mirroring between the figure and poster is great.

The Ultron is one of my favourite lenses too :-

Thanks - I'm just a bit confused on the grainy nature of the shots. Can someone tell me if its the film or way I developed the film?

I have not had much luck using Ilfosol 3 w/ 400 speed films... they come out grainy for me too. Although I very much like grain, when I want it, I use different developer for a more pleasing grain look.
I would try a different developer.

EDIT: I forgot... GREAT shots !

I'm no expert on Film development but there are many here who are. Delta 400 is normally a fine grain film so I suspect your choice of developer or development times ??

My shots above are a mix of Ilford XP2 ( C41 process) and good old HP5+. Xp2 can give very fine grain results

Was going to buy some D76 but was recommended Ilfosol3 as it was my first time developing film at home. Do you also think the amount of developer + water, film(expired) or temperature may have an effect on the grain? Not really into these sort of technical details...
