I finally did it! I succeeded in adapting all my Leica Visoflex mount lenses to my Pentax K10D without having to resort to a custom made adapter.
One of the toughest issues I had was finding a bayonet lens to LTM camera adapter. They do exist as part of one of the close focusing units.
The other was finding a way to attach the short mount for the 90 Summicron/135 Elmarit. These mounts have a shroud that only allows attaching to a Viso II or III. I solved this by removing the release tab from a 10mm bayonet extension tube.
I can get all the lenses to focus to infinity. I even have mounted the Leica Bellows II on the K10 as well. Here's a picture of my K10D with the lenses I have tried out on it. That's also my IIIg with a Visoflex IIa, Bellows II and Elmar 65.
Below is a picture I took with the K10D and the 90 Summicron. I've been having way too much fun.
