Hi Nico,
It's a fabulous camera. I also "talked" to Lluis before getting mine. The Xpan v1 is a lot cheaper than Xpan v2. Apart from seeing the shutter speed in the viewfinder, having a locking hood and a few other minor modifications, they are identical.
The framelines can become sticky so check this before buying. I returned my first XPan for this reason. Basically, the eyepiece contains 45mm and 90mm framelines which should slide in and out of place depending on which lens you have on the camera.
Check the LCD panel to make sure it is working properly. Check the LEDs in the viewfinder. Obviously you will check the rangefinder alignment. The shutter speeds can lose accuracy too. Make sure the lens comes with its hood (as hoods are scarce and expensive on their own). Factor in the cost of a centre-spot filter (about 150 GBP) if you are intending to shoot wide open a lot and don't want vignetting.
The paints rubs off easily on the v1 but this is just cosmetic.

the one I saw have the cosmetic problem for sure but I don't mind;

If it needs a CLA, the best people would be Hasselblad themselves... they still work on this camera... but won't be cheap, of course. I have emailed Hasselblad UK a few times and the customer service is very good.

BTW you can get some idea of how heavily used the Xpan is by pressing the AEB button and switching on. The number on the LCD x10 = total number of exposures taken by the camera.

Just out of interest, what would anyone say is a 'very' used X-Pan? I have the opportunity to buy a used V1 that has taken 2970 exposures. It looks reasonably worn but is apparently in perfect working order....

As far as I know, Hasselblad still services these cameras. Do you have
a Hasselblad representative in Italy? In Spain, many repairs - like rangefinder adjustment - are performed by the Hasselblad distributor in Madrid.

That's only about 150 rolls of film... not very many. My Xpan has done nearly 250 rolls and is still going strong. It was serviced before I bought it.

My backup XPanII has gone through 1000+ rolls of film (not by me) and it's still going strong.
