These images don't seperate the f1.4/16mm from the 16mm end of the zoom lens.
I suppose that's to be expected in big daylight.

This one is awesome! What a great scene.
If you have the RAW,..You should consider doing a bit of post work to bring that sidewalk down. There is a bit of detail there.

this is from the raw…i used spot metering on the girls and let the rest go where it went.

…on a thread dedicated to images from the 16?

i am liking the xe2…the shot of the girls doing selfies was a quick shot…i walked by, turned quicky and shot quickly…the xe2 focusses quicker than the xe1 and i think it will allow me more from the hip shots than the xe1 does.

i'm surprised that no one has commented on this shot…it's my standard shot that i take when i first get a new lens and of all the images made this one is the most unique in terms of the definition between sharp and out of focus.
