Thanks Prest_400. I've moved on to the 16-55mm 2.8, so this was my last trip with the 18-55mm. It's pretty good for a kit lens, but the 16-55mm is special.

Just got the 18-55 yesterday. Hoping to get some shooting done today but weather is awful. Typical when it's my day off.

Today's visit to a local spot I return to time and again. Recent weather has put the river at flood stage and is the highest I've seen it.

Returned again today to observe how the river and falls were behaving. Amazed at how much the water level had dropped in just two days.
