It's good to see this thread revived after nine years.

I bought a Fuji 23/1.4 recently from Camera Lane in Spotswood (Melbourne), at a quite reasonable price given its quality and the gorgeous rendition of colors, mid-tones and details in the shadow. It does everything to near perfection (given that nothing is perfectly perfect, I would give it a 9.8/10) and it also gives me the option of using it as an entirely manual (focus) lens, which I like.

Initially it did wonderful work on my XT2, then my XE2. As from 10.2024 I have it more or less permanently on my Xpro2. It has even taken me away from my preferred Fuji 18/2.0, which, given that I've been a '28' shooter for several decades (my digital Nikons have 28/2.8 Ds and my Nikkormat FT2 has a 28/3.5, all more or less stuck on), it says something positive about the great results I get from this Fuji, even tho' I have to say I'm still in the learning stages of working with it.

My congratulations to those who have posted images in this thread. They all are so remarkably good.

Like me, he was wondering around the Kurihama Flower Park taking pictures.
I had forgotten how big that camera is.
