Just a snapshot (ISO 6400), with an odd and ugly combination : Canon's cheap EF-S 18-55mm, at 18mm :
...
Also, another snapshot with my brother's Canon EF 100mm f2.0 :
There are taken wide open I assume? I mean, the adapter does not give you any aperture control?

It is wide open. I got the cheapest adapter (20$), but Rainbowimaging makes one with a ring that allows you to crontol the aperture. It is more expensive, approx. 50$.

Hello
Is no one using Pen-F lenses ?
Wouldn't they be ideal for the X series -
the only vintage manual focus lenses designed
for APC size sensor.
Or perhaps their FOV is not wide enough . . .

Bellyface,
I have that lens too, adapted for my Canon 5dmkII, I have no issues.
But with the Kiwi m42-Fuji X adapter on my X-Pro1, I am not able to focus to infinity, do you have that problem with this lens?
Thanks

crankbait, got the adapter from rainbow imaging, and I can focus past infinity. so there is a little play before it.

Couple of photos of Charleston using the Industar 69 (for the half-frame Chaika) on the X-E1 with the RainbowImaging adapter. 200 ASA, f/8, aperture priority mode.
Got the lens yesterday from ebay; it had been "modified" (i.e. focus stops removed) to allow for infinity focus. I decided to keep it anyway and see how it performed. Not too shabby for a $50 lens.
Photos are jpgs from camera with sharpening and slight exposure tweaks. The contra jour photo of the harbor was shot with no lens or hand shade!

Here are a few a made yesterday during a walk through my school's garden. All are out-of-camera jpegs with only minor adjustment of contrast. All were made with the $40 Hexanon AR 28mm f3.5 lens. Fuji colors... ya gotta love 'em!

Jamie, what sort of adapter are you using? I have a lot of AR glass but have not been able to find an adapter.
