I stumbled across a mint Minolta Rokkor MD 50mm f1.2 for a great price and figured I would give it a shot. By no means is this lens sharp, but I love the character and it feels right on an X-Pro 1. I think it's a keeper.
These are by no means great shots... Just test shots really. Converted to BW using Silver Efex Pro. All of them are shot wide open in really low light using high ISO... And now that I think about it, they are probably pretty bad examples to use to show off the lens.

Voigtlander Color Skopar 25mm f/4 P, with Fuji adapter on X-E1. I liked it much better than the Fuji 18mm.

Anybody using ONLY legacy lenses on their Fuji/ Considering a Fuji XE-1 for this.

I don't use legacy exclusively. But I will say one thing to think about... In terms of xe1 vs xe2 vs xp1.
First.. Are u planning to use heavy lenses like a slr or something like a tri-elmar? The xp1 being slightly bigger and heavier, balances heavy lenses better.. Not so nose heavy. I prefer to use my xp1 w/ the metabones speedbooster on the xp1 vs my xe1 because of this even though the evf on the xe1 is better for focus peaking when I am using my Nikon lenses.
Second, the additional manual focusing aid available on the xe2 vs xe1 in mf mode (split image) and the better evf refresh rate, maybe something to also consider...
Btw, currently I only use my Nikon lenses on the Fuji xp1, my rf lenses are on my Ricoh gxr.
