The first full week of October, I went home to visit my snowbird relatives before they went trekking across the country to their winter home. I stayed at one of my sisters' place out in the county, so had a few opportunities to get some nice shots on the way into town. My brother-in-law and I would talk over things at breakfast, and then I'd head on up the road to visit with the rest of the family. These are just random shots taken around Greensburg, and Decatur County, with some of them taken with a Canon Sure Shot Z135 (Kodak Ultramax 400), and the others with a Panasonic DMC-TZ3. The link at the end will take you to the full set, so you can read the tags to see which shots were taken with which camera.

Yeah, looks like a little north of where I grew up. A confluence of events finally landed me in western Washington for the last 34 years. Don't get home to my little town as much as I'd like but your pictures sure bring back memories, thanks.

Greensburg is halfway between Indianapolis, and Cincinnati on I-74, US 421, SR 46, and SR 3. It's where they built the new Honda plant, and the tree grows out of the court house tower.
