Industar 26

Hello
I got my first Fed2c with industar 26. The first roll of colour film came out with great colours, I always thought it was just me! I have been shooting with Jupiter 12 and I don’t know if I was lucky but it is now my lens of choice. I also fell in love with the fed 2.
I wasn’t too lucky with the Jupiter 8’s, or 3’s they have fungus scratches and really flaky aperture ring. So I gave up there. After fixing the light leaks of my fed 2c, I prefer it to my zorki 3m which is very nice but the rangefinder is useless in low light. I ended up getting another Fed2c and I use one with industar 61 because it makes sense, and the other fed2 with Jupiter 12. I have loads of jupiters and industar 26s which I like but I find these two the most usable. I got an Ukrainian package this morning and what a Saturday it was, it’s worth every bit of the long wait.
Regards

In my experience, the industar 26 has been great for shooting black and white. I've never shot any color film with the I-26, but I will look forward to. In my experience, I like the Industar 26's over the 61 L/D's. I really want to use my Jupiter 8, but..... I must get it fixed. Here are some examples from my Industar 26 on a FED-2d.

One of the images have been obviously cropped.

Any LTM lens will work on the FED.
How about "Any FSU LTM lens..." Some LTM lenses have a focus "tab" rather than a "collar". And the focus cam in the camera may bind on those "tabs" as you mount the lens.
I liked the I-26 lens I briefly had. I got a very good FED2 which had that lens. I found the camera to be nice except for the viewfinder and so I sold them to somebody who could, I hope, make better use of them.
