This is kind of where I left off from http://www.rangefinderforum.com/forums/showthread.php?p=118508
The story goes like this. I get a Zorki 4 from Russia, the aperture ring is really loose. I open it up to grease everything up, but I end up getting grease on the lens and mess up the aperture blade alignment. I threw it away a couple of days ago thinking its hopeless, but after reading a few articles, dug through the trash can and found the lens elements.
Now, I'm left with trying to repair these aperture blades. I have tried several patterns, but all came out unsuccessfully. The main work needs to be done on the aperture blades as I really do like these lenses.
Here are some pictures of my setup as of now with the picture of the aperture blades which belongs inside the primary lens element. My main question is, how do I get these 7 blades to fit perfectly into the holes on the lens element and form a ring which resembles F/3.5?
Thanks everyone, I really appreciate your comments and help.

hey, they're only Zorkis
brians ~ yowza, that looks fun. Sorry but I have no idea how to help. I occasionally visit Classic Camera Repair Forum and saw this thread. If no one responds here, you might write one of those guys. I'm sure once you get a tip, it'll go back together right. Good luck, and I'll be watching here to see how you come out.
