If you're in the US, my suggestion is to buy your FSU stuff from Fedka.com. I think he actually checks everything he sells and makes sure it's in good working order.

I have both versions of the I-61. I haven't made any comparisons between the older silver version & the much newer I-61L/D, but I love the click stop's on the newer. The older verson has no click stops. It's probably my most used 50.

I have an I-61 L/D that I am selling on Ebay right now along with a Zorki 4. I only took one roll of film with the lens, but was generally pleased with the results which are shown at http://tinyurl.com/7y4l3s. I can't vouch for the performance wide open, but it looked OK at the f5.6 setting that I used for most of these shots.
