I was looking at photos of the 61LZ lenses, and they look like an SLR version of the LTM 61LD? Does anyone know if this is the case? There's lots of info on the web on the LD, but little I can find on the LZ

From what I've read that is the difference, L/Z is for slrs and L/D is for rangefinders. Not sure if the optics are exactly the same, but I have been thinking about getting one tu use on my PK mount slr. ( with an M42 to K mount adapter)

Based on the I-61 L/D and where the rear element is placed, I think the LZ would be optically equivalent rather than optically identical. The L/D's rear element sits within the space an SLR's mirror-box occupies - I think, I'm just sort of eyeballing things!
