Industrial areas, industrial landscapes, etc

A lot of formal architecture kind of stuff here already, so:

This was taken right off the Interstate in West Texas - somewhere not too far from Midland or Odessa, but in a remote area. I had my Minolta SRT-101 and its 50mm F1.2 Rokkor-X with me. The film was Kodak Gold 100 color print film. There were seething, hissing and pumping sounds coming from this complex, and the interesting (not unpleasant to me) smell of petroleum products of all sorts - really neat! I sometimes wish I had been a chemical or petroleum engineer as I find all this gear kool.
