I have had a quick nosey about online for camera insurance, but most seem to be geared toward modern gear (wanting receipts, gear less than x years old etc) the rest for professional use.
Now I have a DSLR, but also a lot of older cameras some of which have a reasonable value. These spread the range from 35mm, through 120 to 4"x5", with associated ancillary items.
I have not found an insurer yet who might understand this gear, its value, and allow me to change (sell stuff, buy other stuff) the contents of the policy. I am not professional, although I would like the option of being able to sell the odd print should the occasion arise, without being classed as a pro. (my funds are finite)
Do any UK members of this forum know of, use or have experience of a suitable company ?
