Rangefinder camera pedant
Hey, a lens with a "40 to 1000 f/stop" has to be worth something!
It's hard to tell from the photos, but the camera body looks like a IIIc -- if the serial number is 477xxx, as it appears, it would be from 1949. It's missing the knurled bezel around the secondary RF window, and it looks as if it may have had non-factory flash sync added (note protrusion visible next to eyepiece in top view) so it appears to have had a somewhat rough life.
So I'd guess that a lot of its potential value and interest would come down to how much you wanted one with that Old Delft lens -- a brand I've only heard of on Alpas. I've absolutely no idea how rare these are in LTM, or whether there's any collector interest in them at all. I'm just pointing out what I can see by looking...

My M5s need red dots!
It looks to me like a latter day Leica... Not the IIIg, but something earlier. As for the lens... it beats me. There were lots of glass made for this Leica mount, so I really have no clue.
All in all, price is right. You can find lower priced bodies, but then, they may not be what this one is.
Maybe a IIIf? Sorry, not really that knowledgeable with this Leica group!

Well-known
I'm with jlw. The serial number appears to be 477xxx which is a 1949 production IIIc. I'm not familiar with the lens but the body, if working OK, is worth about $200 or maybe slightly more. The lens would have to be worth $250 to make it worth the asking price.
FWIW, I bought a IIIc body made in 1949 just a couple of months back. It's absolutely perfect in every way and works as if it has had a recent CLA. I paid $225 and got it on ebay.
