Hey, a lens with a "40 to 1000 f/stop" has to be worth something!
It's hard to tell from the photos, but the camera body looks like a IIIc -- if the serial number is 477xxx, as it appears, it would be from 1949. It's missing the knurled bezel around the secondary RF window, and it looks as if it may have had non-factory flash sync added (note protrusion visible next to eyepiece in top view) so it appears to have had a somewhat rough life.
So I'd guess that a lot of its potential value and interest would come down to how much you wanted one with that Old Delft lens -- a brand I've only heard of on Alpas. I've absolutely no idea how rare these are in LTM, or whether there's any collector interest in them at all. I'm just pointing out what I can see by looking...
