Left eye dominant also. I have a well lubricated rear screen but otherwise not an issue unless I lie about my photographs! Pinocchio syndrome sets in!

My lean and narrow northern Chinese nose just don't get in the way. I prefer shooting left-eyed because hiding the face behind the camera is fun.

Yes I understood Ko.Fe's 'nose' problem and other people's 'eye' scenarios
Thankfully I don't have Issues from those

I suppose I'm saying that despite all the fantastic features of the M5, it's my nose that stops me using it!
