iPhone camera control app?

Is there an iPhone app that allows control of the camera's auto exposure, so that I can purposely over or under expose?

Magic Shutter. Can do manual timed exposures, has ev -/+, but is most useful for motion blur, light trails etc.

Thanks! I also noticed Big Lens, an app which creates limited DOF blur.
