Is it just me or ...

This has happened both from home and work.

I'll read on here, works fine, fast as usual.

But when I try to post it's dog slow. Just sits there and spins and spins and spins and spins and finally, usually, like in minutes, it will eventually complete the post.

Anyone else seeing this?

I've had it, not always but it's like they are making changes (IT) so SLOW.
