No. The Bessa R is a Leica thread mount (LTM) body while the new Zeiss ZM lenses are M mount. It is possible to mount LTM lenses to M mount bodies with the use of an adaptor, but such adaptors for M mount lenses to LTM bodies do not exist.

The ZM lenses can not be mounted on a Bessa R without extreamly expensive conversions. It's not impossible, by any means, but it is so difficult that I've never heard of a case where it was worth the conversion because, if nothing else, there are many other lenses that can fill in for the original need...

I've been considering having my M-Hexanon 50/2 machined to LTM, so that it can sit on LTM bodies as well. But when you look at how the lenses are built, it's clear that this is completely and utterly impossible. The tube that holds the glass is wider than 39mm, it sits tight in the M-mount. No way can it be trimmed down to under 39mm.
I'd say it's easier to machine an M-mount bayonet onto a screw mount body than to convert the lenses..
