Is Neopan in 35mm being discontiuned?

My uninformed prediction would be no. They discontinued 120 because of an anti-static chemical, according to web info. The 35mm doesn't use it.

If this has any substance to it I'm gobsmacked!

I'm off to live in the desert with Pickett ... wherever he is!

According to Tom A. film is made in sheets & then cut to different sizes. So as I understand both 120 & 135 would be the same formulation.

I can't help wondering what Fuji are up to and what their future intentions are!

I've just discovered I really like Pro 800Z for low light colour but there doesn't seem to be a lot of that around at all.

Japan Exposures don't list it and nor do B&H ... only Freestyle and no one sems to be stocking the 1600 though it is still listed on the USA web site!

Neopan better not be discontinued! I just shot a roll of Neopan 400 at 250 and processed it in XTOL. Dynamite negatives, can't wait to print them! I like Neopan 1600, too.

Maybe the boxes with 20 rolls ? They are definitively discontinued for Superpresto but I don't know about the other two. At least, all films are available in single-roll packages and three-roll boxes. (At Yodobashi)

Keith, Alive and well in Beautiful Downtown Texas!

Hard to resist a film is dying fim thread. ;)

The term ... 'where have you been and where's your note?' ... comes to mind! :p

Keith, I've been buried in a magazine project for the last month that is thankfully finished. I've exchanged my Wacom tablet for a camera again!

I believe Fuji Pro 800z was recently discontinued.

Ok so Pro 800Z is gone obviously and not replaced. There is Xtra 800 listed on the US web site but I don't really know much about that compared to the Pro.

Anyone have experience with these two films?

The superia is decent, sharp but pretty grainy. Muted, somewhat bluish colors. I've "heard" 800z is the same stuff, but I've never used it.
