Just curious what your thoughts are 😀 😀 😀

Cheers,
Dave

(p.s. no harm or foul meant to original "overrated" posters.. just having a bit of a lark here)

It's all a bunch of BS if you ask me. People get the spotlight or lose out for all kinds of reasons which often has nothing to do with how they're actually rated.

I am glad this is a yes/no question. This way we can arrive at a focused black and white answer, without any confusing gray areas (bokeh?).

I think the value of "overrated" threads is severely underrated. They generate message traffic, increase post counts, and fosters a sense of communities amongst forum participants.

It seems to be a recent phenomena. We'll have to see by the number of views. It will not be as many views as the popular pictures on photo.net get.

So if you want to get high ratings on something photographic, look there.

Ya.. I was aware that Juan's thread was fun.. same with this one.. I'm not slagging it.. just that I noted that, at least here, once someone asks a question that is subjective in nature there's always a "repeat" question asked by some others. No big deal really.. like I said.. no harm, no foul intended 🙂

Cheers,
Dave
