Is Sensor Dust a Problem?

My XP1 may start its long journey from NY to its new home today. Time to start asking stupid questions.

My X100 never experiences sensor dust since it's lens is non-interchangable. Kind of a welcome relief from my DSLR's attraction to dust. So how is the XP1 in that regard?

I'm starting off with just the 35mm lens so it won't be a factor until I start changing lenses.

No problem so far that I can see at F16 blue sky, but I´m only having it since March 19th; I am changing lenses though.

Don't worry about it.

Besides PKR's excellent advice, keep in mind:

The sensor is ultrasonically cleaned by default when the camer is turned off. There is an adhesive surface designed to retain the dust.

Cleaning the sensor with a Gioto Rocket works well for non-adhesive dust.

My local camera shop wet-cleans sensors for $60. Perhaps you can find a competent, economical source too.

At apertures wider than f 11 small dust spots rarely affect image quality
