Hmm, probably shouldnt admit to it, but I have more than one of the following cameras because I really enjoy using them:
3x OM1's
2x OM2's
2x SP's (black & silver)
2x Stylus Epic's
3x Olympus Trip's
I usually have different rolls of film in each camera, thats how i justify it, haha.

I never thought that I would have 2 of any one camera; how silly was that. And the multiples are....
2 Canonet G-III QL17s
2 Canon AF35ML / Super Sure Shots
2 Minolta SR-T 101s, 1 Black dial and 1 Silver
2 Nikon L35AFs.
and lastly
3 Black Hi-Maitc FPs and a Silver Hi-Matic F.

I have too many LTM bodies - I don't' care anymore as they each offer something different and useful for the application they are applied to.

I got two Minolta TC-1s, but lost one on the Taxi during my Beijing trip last October....
The other camera I want two is the Epson R-D1s. Not the incoming new model with unflippable LCD though.

It depends on what you mean by "same model," but by any measure I have many duplicate cameras, e.g., Contax IIa, Agfa Super Isolette, & Nikon SP. That fact, however, is usually not so much driven so much by how I like a particular model, but rather by the camera's rarity & condition (for really rare stuff, it's nice to have an extra for a "user" & for spare parts) & my practical preference to have an extra body for different films/lenses.

I had two Leica M3's, both 1955 double stroke. One is a DIY black paint job, the other I sold three weeks ago to get me an M8.
Leica's now are 1935 IIIa, 1955 M3 DS, 1971 M5, 2009 M8. All black M's.

I don't remember why exactly, but at one point I owned 3 Voigtlander Vito Bs of various viewfinder and shutter configurations, a Voigtlander Vito II, a Voigtlander BL, and a Vitomatic 1. Also owned two Leica IIIfs at once. Currently the SLR accumulation features an F2A, FM, FM2n, and a N2000. Given a lottery hit I could easily start consuming multiple Rollei TLRs of various lens combinations, oh and the possibilities with Leica M models...

Two of each:
Canon P [chrome and black]
Canon F1N
Canon T90
That's it folks. The above cameras are my workhorses.
edit:
I don't know if having two different M models counts or not. Leica M3 and Leica M6.
Rolleiflex 2.8D, 3.5F, Tele, Automat.
Nikon F2, FE2, FG, Nikkormat FT
Argus C3, C3, C4, C44
Konica I,II,III,IIIM
I have others like this.

Not sure why I have two, as I don't usually shoot with them at the same time?

For me - it's always been a habbit to have 2 same/similar bodies of a camera that I really really like. Problem is - I like too many.
So as of now:
35mm RF : 2 Hexars RF
35mm SLR: Canon EOS 630 and EOS RT (Almost the same models).
MF RF : Welta Weltur 6x6 and Weltur 6x9 - same in all ways but frame/camera size.
MF SLR: 2 Kowa SIX.
Plus I have a few other cameras, but no more twins....

"Flim? You want flim?"
I thinned my "collection" out recently, but before that I had:
3 Yashica Electro 35's (now just 1)
2 Canonet IIIG QL17's (1 black, 1 chrome, sold the chrome)
2 Canon P's (sold the later model, kept the earlier, CLA'd one)
I still have:
2 Canon EF's (one has an electrical short and eats batteries)
2 Canon AE-1's
2 Leica M's (a 2 and a 4, but not sure that counts)
2 Fed 2's
If I really like a camera, I always buy a backup, just in case. Not sure why. Insecurity, perhaps.
