is there a plan?

I broke down and picked one up today with the 35mm lens. I've been busy at work so haven't had a chance to take any pictures yet other than my wife. I've just read over the manual and am looking forward to taking a few shots tomorrow :) Now, when is LR supported?

Is the consensus that Fuji is not going to go full-frame? Does anyone know if the current 3 primes Fuji is selling would work on a FF sensor, or is it similar to the Nikon DX/FX conundrum? If they were able to be used on a FF sensor, that would excite me; it would indicate that Fuji is at least hedging their bets on a larger sensor for their next offering.

Does a 23/2 lens for the XP system mean the X100 will go the way of the Dodo? I'm keeping my X100 until it dies. I love that camera.

The Fuji has a EVF. Why would you want/need to use external viewfinders?
