Is there still an outdoor market like area in Toronto?
Years ago I went to one, but it was summer. Maybe in Chinatown area, or Kensington area. I just want to drift around with some new gear while waiting for the Leaf game to start.

There's Kensington Market just a little northwest of Spadina and Dundas. And then there's lots of action outdoors along Spadina north and south of Dundas.

I think I'll head to the Dundas area.

The press pass is for Canadian Sports Magazine. It's a new national sports mag.
I'm the Photo Editor.

Rob: Kensington market is a lot of fun at any time of year, IMO. But on to more important stuff ...

I don't give a rat's ass about anyone's photos from the game, AS LONG AS WE WIN ... THE PRESSURE IS ON YOU TO MAKE SURE THE LEAFS LEAVE THE HABS CRYING ON THE ICE!!!

Yup there still is. Chinatown and Kensington - both around dundas/spadina.

You can also check out farmers markets.. Not sure when they're opening up though. I go to St. Jacobs (but that's a given since I study at UWaterloo). There're a lot of mennonites if you're interested in different subjects.

I've never shot the mennonites up at Jacobs... although I teach one day a week at Conestoga I've always told my students that the mennonites were off limits to them.
Should check it out some day.

Didn't get to the market yesterday... mother-in-law dropped in and then had to go to work. Plus is was cold out.
