I usually use Leica cameras, and someone offered the following and I am kind of interested in trying it out, and I am just not sure if its a good price for the set.
Contax G2 Auto-Focus rangefinder titanium body, batteries included
Contax Carl-Zeiss 35mm/f2.0 lens, titanium for G1/G2
Contax Carl-Zeiss 45mm/f2.0 lens, titanium for G1/G2
Contax Carl-Zeiss 90mm/f2.8 lens, Black for G1/G2
Contax Carl-Zeiss 35-70mm/f3.5-5.6 Black for G2 only, Black
Contax TLA200 TTL flash, black
contax G2 manual
What do you guys think?
How do you like the G2 anyway...I kind of liked the idea of autofocus rangefinder

At that price, I would say, yes, it's a very good deal.
Many RF traditionalists seem to hate the G1 & G2 (especially the VF), but I like my G2. In fact, I've recently picked up both the 21mm Biogon & 35-70 Vario-Sonnar zoom, both of which go for bargain rates nowadays. My only real complaint about the G system is the lack of any f/1.4 lenses. Yes, the VF is small & a bit dim compared to a Leica M, but it works & is much better than many old-school RFs. I always liked the ergonomics on the G2, e.g., its separate autoexposure lock switch & rear, programmable, focus button. On a side note, 1 of my disappointments about the Hexar RF is that despite the fact that it clearly shares many of the same parts as the G2, it lacks the separate AE lock switch (very useful when you want to recompose & take your finger off the shutter release without having to manually set the shutter speed).

Good price. About a year ago, i sold a mint titanium G2, with 28, 45, and 90mm lenses to a friend for $1000. It's a great camera, only let down by its viewfinder, but even that isn't as bad as is sometimes portrayed. I had G2s on two separate occasions, and a year after the last one, i recently considered going back....

I bought a black G2 with a 28/45/90 for $900
It is a user, so not in pristine condition, but I thought it was a pretty good deal because black versions tend to fetch a higher value.

This is a good deal as well! It may be better not to have a pristine one so you don't have t worry about getting it scratched

Loved My G's
Loved My G's
I've returned to my first love, an M2, but in many ways I regret selling off my Contax kit. I started with a G1 but very soon thereafter traded up for a G2. When all was said and done, I had the 28, 35, 45 and 90 to go along with it. Looking back over the slides I shot with it, I think they were clearly the equivalent of anything I did (or have done) with my Leica gear. That price you were quoted seems reasonable. Jump on it.
