is this possilbe to clean inside Rolleiflex 3.5F or 2.8F lens?

Inside? The front plate needs to come off, and then you can remove the front cell and clean it. The rear cell is harder to remove, and there are some tricky parts to install, like the light shield.

The rear lens surface can be accessed from the back of the camera. It is just awkward to get at it.

Yes it is. It is not at all my intention to be rude in any way but, sunce you asked tge question, I think it may be best to have a professional do the job.

the fact, I took my 3.5f out for the trip on cold and snowy day, when I came back home... the fogs came all over the len and made a small strip like the rainbow... I sent the camera to mr. Mr Krikor Maralian Krimar, he said he couldn't cleaned inside..but it not effect to the image quality..
I took some picture and everything seems ok...but btw it's very bother me .

Sounds like doublet separation.

You might try Harry Fleenor - he is an expert on Rollei cameras:

I'm pretty sure he can clean between the lenses, but repairing doublet separation is a different story.

If that isn't enough he is a very nice person who is very generous with his time; if you live in the NYC area dropping in and showing him your camera might save an expensive repair.

If it is separation you might contact John Van Stelten via e-mail: he repaired my Summaron that had such a problem (lens cement separation repairs):

I sent my camera to Mr Krikor but have no hope, he couldn't fix it but he said it will not effect the image quality., I trusted him but it bothers me some how. Thanks

Might be easier (well, cheaper) to just look for a broken camera and swap the lens parts. The front and rear elements screw right off.
