Iskra repair- who's the best?

I'm getting an Iskra from an RFF member. I'm sure its fine, but I'd like to get it overhauled, just for good measure, as I'd like to have it ready and reliable for everyday shooting. Who is the best to send it to? So far, I'm going to send it to Oleg, unless there's someone better. My only hesitation with sending it to Oleg is the US to Russia to US shipping (it adds up and it will take a while).

He doesn't specifically mention Iskras, but it seems likely that he could handle it. Certainly he'd tell you one way or the other.

Oleg is the only one I know of who will work on the Iskra due to the complexity of the advance mechanism.
