I paid Euro 30 for Isolette III, which seller said that camera fit with Solinar f/3.5 75mm and the shutter runs till 1/300.
I try to find this combo(Isolette III + Solinar) in the internet but most of them have rapids till 1/500.
Are there any isolette III with speeds till 1/300 and have 75mm f/3.5 solinar lens?
I smell that I got ripped...but I do not have the camera yet.

If the shutter runs to 1/300, then it's probably a Pronto(r). Most Solinars are paired with a Compur, but it's possible that it originally came with Pronto(r).
In the Zeiss Ikon world, some Tessars were mated to Pronto(r) shutters, and some Novars were set in a Compur.
The Pronto(r) is a very good shutter. And I'd rather have a working Pronto(r) than a non-working Compur.
Just make sure that it focuses correctly. That's the primary thing. That and the usual Agfa folding camera issues.

This link has a lot of information about the Isolette. It was available with the Compur Rapid and Synchro Compur, but my guess is that those versions would cost you a lot more than 30 Euro. More important, are the bellows free of holes? That is a common problem with these cameras.

I just learned that it is later model of Isolette III mark II
http://camera-wiki.org/wiki/Isolette#Isolette_III
which indeed got solinar 1:3.5 with Prontor-SVS. Now, I am relaxed.
