Jammed Zorki 4K

Hi everyone,

I got a Zorki 4K from a charity shop - i bought it cheap mostly for the J-8 that it came with.
The camera appears to be completely jammed. The film advance level does not move (as if it is cocked) but pressing the shutter button does not trigger the shutter.
Any ideas what is happening? Should i consider it a paperweight?

Possibly somebody changed the the shutter speed before winding on.

I do remember accidentally doing this on a Fed and jamming it. I don't remember how I unjammed it, but as I'm sure it's an exceedingly common problem, there's probably instructions on the web somewhere.
