New York January Meetup NYC

Hey, this sounds like fun if you don't mind a newbie... I'll try to make it but I might be picking up an enlarger that day

The December meet-up was a lot of fun!

I expect the January meet-up will be big. Unfortunately I might be a little late getting back into Madhattan. To make up for my possible tardyness I will be distributing three Leica collectables that I found yesterday by the 59th Street Bridge.

I am in the process of downsizing and moving from a two bedroom row house into a one bedroom highrise. I need to recycle a lot of stuff because I am a hoarder.

Yesterday I found four issues of LEICA FOTOGRAFIE INTERNATIONAL from 1997 and 1998. I'm keeping the one with the M6 on the cover, but I am giving away the other three issues at the NYC meet-up.

Also I recently did all the foam seals on my three Nikon F3's and two Nikon F2AS's. I have all the materials, plus printed good instructions. The price:FREE.

Perhaps I might be a half hour late. Damaso since you originally organized this meet-up is it possible you could somehow organize the awarding of the three door prises?

Also the foam seal materials is enough to share, but I will make extra copies of the instructions. There is plenty to go around.

I'l try to make it as well. I'm relatively new here (lurked for a few months last year), but I'd love to come out and meet some folks. Hope to see you all on the 23rd.

I think Cal might be on to something here.

I have a bunch of little odds and ends that others might appreciate. I'll bring a grab bag. I know I have a few random hoods without any corresponding lens and the like here and there. You gotta come to see what I bring.

It also just occurred to me that I have some film that needs to get shot. I have a dozen or so rolls of Fujicolor 400H, Reala 100, and Velvia 100 (may be 100F, can't remember) for $2 each and maybe a dozen rolls of Kodak Tri-X 400 for $1 each. All have been in my fridge in ziplock bags and have I think 3-6 months left. Any takers?
