Canada July RFF Meet?

farlymac--yep--Manuel's is definitely in GA--an Atlanta institution!
Sorry you can't make it--maybe we'll head up that way on one of our future trips..
Speaking of travel, I'd sure like for our group to travel allllllll the way over to B'ham alabam--maybe paulfish (and anyone else who wants to) can meet us there.
Really grand photo ops in B'ham. The Sloss furnace alone would be worth the trip.
Maybe for the fall when the humidity isn't over 200%.

Sounds good...errr, if ya let me hitch a ride...

Virginia is not too far! Our first annual RFF Meet in April had folks from South Florida, Texas, North Carolina and Tennessee. Maybe you can make our next RFF Meet in 2012? Or, one in Tennessee, as we are a travelling bunch of photo gypsies, too.:)

Dave, it is when living on a limited budget. Seems like the gas prices always hit their peaks when I plan a trip, and so here they go again, up ten cents already this week.

I'd still like to know where Manuel's is, just in case.

Yeah, just kidding...wish I had a budget. As it is, I can't even afford to pay attention, hence, the above post about going to Birmingham.

But, seriously, we will have another annual RFF meet in April 2012, so maybe you can join us then.:)

Here it is:

If you ever decide to plan a road trip to Atlanta & don't mind a rider to help share expenses give me a holler. BLW & I rode down for the 1st meet in April. I live in Lexington NC which is right off I 85. Heck Barry might go again sometime before Winter gets here. Like you I'm on a budget (I have a wife):D So I know how it is. Gas gets cheaper once you cross into SC.:)

Manuel's is worth the trip!:)

I wish I could attend this month but I was away from home in June - family vacation - and I'm going on a hiking trip in early August - I have to be home sometime!

Anyway, I'm planning to come up to Atlanta in April 2012. It's a long time from now, but half the pleasure for me is in the planning.

Dave, don't think I'll be there, as it is just not the right time for me. I'm looking at two days for travel, and another for the meet, and I can't schedule that for now. I'll be looking forward to the April meet.

Greg, I'll let you know when the April meet comes around if I'll be heading that way, and can swing by to pick you up.

Wish there was a Mid-Atlantic group.

Hump day is tomorrow, then it is Saturday at Manuel's! What time, noon?

Paul, it looks like you, me, Dearborn and John. I called Andrew and it was his busy time so he can't be there. Anyone contact others?

sbullock, right down the street? Would be great if you can make it to Atlanta this Saturday!

Hey, Fish...how is your schedule for Saturday in Atlanta?:)

How about after lunch, we could:
--go to little five points and have another cool one at the Yacht club, and/or walkabout
--visit the train yard near Dave D's area,
--go to the village in E Atlanta, which was written up in the paper recently,
--plan the fall trip to the Euro car show in Greer
--or---?

i'm open...how about a photographer shooting a photographer shooting a photographer shooting a photographer shooting all the photographers but himself? (I think there will be four of us...) Maybe in front of the craziest background in all of Little Five Points?:D

Hey gents. I've been swamped at work lately that I haven't been around much. I won't be able to make the next couple events, but I'll try for an October meet. Have fun.

Steve--we'll miss ya!
See you at Greer--that should be fun--we can amaze each other with our Euro car knowledge...:)
