Hello Gianfranco,
I think that your optical part from a Jupiter-3 could be mounted in a Jupiter-3 mount only...
A fine lens. I have it in Kiev/Contax mount and it always gives excellent results.
Best wishes,

It will not fit in an I-50 or J-8 mount, the rear section is just too big.

Ciao Gianfranco, I have clad a Jupiter 3 lens a couple of weeks ago and and industar 26 some days before... Thay are different, J3 has 2 differend threaded coaxial helix for the focus, instead of the Industar has only 1... In the Industar I cannot remove the optical part as I did for the J3...
I am not a master of FSU lenses but in my opinion it is not possible... The best thing to do is to open ebay and search for an old, scratched J3...

On the I-26, the construction is about the same as the I-61.
This thread shows how to take out and move the optical section in the focus mount:

Thank you Brian for the link to the I-26 dismounting... but fortunately my lens focuses well and I don't need to remove the optics...
