Hold on tight there. I'll second the notion of some good food, music, a walk...
Every once in a while when I'm feeling bummed, (I know this is a sin...) I will go for a walk with the intention of NOT making a photo...just to have a solid, indelible memory of the one I would have shot.

You have my fullest sympathy, I make a living from photography too and my greatest health concerns are always for my eyes. I'm sure everything will be fine but wish you all the good luck it's possible to.
Being away from your family must only make this harder too so I hope you have some good friends in Bangkok to help lift your spirits.
