Exact thing happened to me yesterday. 🙁 I've already contacted Don but he's out of those. Youxin didn't have neither. Got a different lead I'll follow up later today. Will post whatever I find here. Hopefully you can find a source I can buy from as well...

Are you talking about the small conical locking pin on the focusing lever? I've had a look at mine and it seems to be something a machinist/toolmaker should be able to make, though finding someone to do it would be the problem.
