Kafkaesque

Thanks for that ^^^ The owner was pretty clear that he preferred locals to tourists so he'd close on weekends 🙂 We were treated very well because we had our two dogs along. And we did have Vietnamese food when we first arrived in Bisbee but I don't recall Kafka's name anywhere associated. Must be a story there, and Bisbee is charming.

The Kafka Cafe Saigon is at 187/15 Điện Biên Phủ, Đa Kao, Quận 1, Hồ Chí Minh 700000, Vietnam. I just meant that somewhere in the world there is a Kafka Cafe in addition to the oddly named Kafka Hummus Cafe, Prague Street View · Google Maps. When I lived in Prague 30 years ago there was an amazing cafe called Metamorphis and a Kafka Cafe, both entirely unrelated to the Hummus cafe.
