Most of the stuff I am using came from KEH. Quite a few times I have bought bargain rated items and they arrived 95 - 99% mint. There had been problems but people screw up sometimes and so do I.

I've had similar problems with KEH as well.
I bought my Xpan setup from them at a good price and without issues, however I also had a shipping, refund, quality control issue with an M6 with an obviously defective rangefinder that I had to send back. After that experience I realized that they don't know their merchandise and only give it a once over visual inspection to grade it. Waiting three days (or even one day) for someone to get it out of the warehouse is absurd.
I also think their Leica stuff is overpriced, and you can't see what you are purchasing because they only use stock photos. If hundreds of people can take digital photos of their stuff for ebay, why can't a camera dealer?
As a result, I decided to limit my purchases to low priced items such as lens hoods.
