Not sure... I know last weekend it looked like they looked like they were having some web server issues.
They're definitely still in business. I just bought an M7 from them this week off of their website and it arrived the next day. It's excellent condition, btw. Only a barely noticable mark on the back of the top plate. The price on it was significantly lower than any other non-ebay M7 I could find. Would definitely buy from them again.

If you are wondering about their rep. I have dealt with them sevral times I bought my M3 from them and had My Nikon SLR Cla'd.. great to deal with and great communication
And the 50 Summilux I purchased last week arrived in better than expected condition. I bought bargain grade, the glass is perfect.

KEH has always been conservative in their grading. I've bought a number of cameras from them over the years and have never been disappointed, in fact, I'm generally amazed at the quality of their "bargain" grade!

yeah I already read that they have quite a good reputation and about their conservative grading. I'm thinking of buying an om-4t(i) there, bargain condition, the prices are really great.

Ok for me too, but I don't really like the new site layout. I find it cumbersome to get to what I'm looking for compared to the old site. (I admit that until yesteday I had not checked in on the site for a month or so, so perhaps it's not such a new layout)
