My only gripe with KEH is that I can't get descriptions or photographs of the actual items and for this reason I sometimes choose not to buy something.
that's funny the ONLY item I've ever had an issue with was a Leica M5 (what was I thinking anyway!

I've never used KEH, but I'm still tempted given the hit-n-miss 'deals' (Mint = a very lightly fogged lens?) I've had from e*** - at least KEH has a non-hassle refund policy.
Without doubt, my best purchases have happened via this forum or other user group type forums although it'd be nice to see the item in person before the purchase, but timing the inventory around this forum or in the local market is a challenge.

I work in a major rental house and BGN condition on KEH is generally better than the camera gear we rent. I've found this to be the case with most rental places.

I've ordered a fair amount from KEH and have had to return ONE item as defective (cosmetically pristine macro lens with 1:1 adapter that wouldn't lock ... I should have kept it). They handled that one gracefully; everything else has exceeded my expectations.
I'd definitely do business with them again.
