Spotted this sign at a motel in Bishop, California. Probably fishing in the nearby Owens River or Bishop Creek. The City of Los Angeles has been diverting water from the Owens River for over 100 years.

@Freakscene, given the context of the Owens River which flows below the Happy Boulders climbing area, the name of the More Water, Less Power Boulder makes a lot more sense. The names of some other climbs on this boulder include Groundwater and Hydra Pilferers.
